What to do with chives?
I am not an onion fan and was a little skeptical of chives...basically, I had no idea what to do
with them. But I chopped them fine and mixed them in cream cheese and it was the most
awesome flavor EVER!!

Creamy Chive Dressing
3/4 C buttermilk
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/3 C chopped chives
1 T parsley
1 T lemon juice
1 T Dijon mustard
Stacy substituted avocado for mayonnaise, and I thought it was still really good (and
thicker).
