Just Coffee is proud to offer shade-grown, organic, fair trade coffees, which they air-roast in
micro-batches. All of their coffees are purchased from democratically-organized cooperatives for a fair
price. Just Coffee Co-op's mission is to work with small and disadvantaged grower cooperatives in
order to source the finest green coffee on earth, air-roast it to perfection, and to deliver the highest
quality beans to our customers. They aim for total transparency, sustainable business practices, and
long-term relationships with all of their partners while providing fun and meaningful employment for
the people they work with. Oh, and they also seek to change global social and economic inequality by
practicing REAL fair trade in direct opposition to gluttonous "free trade" and corporate fair trade. At
Small Potatoes Farm, we only drink Just Coffee at the rate of about 6 lbs per month. To learn more

We will deliver your coffee and an invoice with a CSA delivery when it arrives. It costs us all a little
less than their retail price and shipping if we order in bulk.

Starting June 15 Just Coffee is making several changes.
1. Packaging. Just Coffee is replacing the one-pound kraft bag with a 12-oz black matte bag with a
freshness valve. They admit it was a hard decision. They are switching to a 100% degradable kraft
bag for 5 lb bulk orders. Prior this was only partly degradable.
2. Updated pricing, which I've updated on our site.
